In the Spring of 2017, the Lincoln Beer Company (LBC), a new craft brewery out of Burbank, CA had just began it's plans for opening up a taproom within the production facility they had been operating out of for less than a year. With a concept in mind, Lakewood Builders was brought on board to help make the LBC teams vision a reality. We began the process by sitting down with the LBC team and putting together a concept plan for the taproom. We then provided the client with initial in-house renderings as an Architect was brought on board to begin Design Development drawings to be submitted to the city for permitting.

Before Construction
This was the future space of the taproom, approximately 2,000 SF of taproom renovation with restrooms and then 6,000 SF of Fire Alarm & Sprinklers were required in the warehouse space.
